Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us if your question isn't answered below
Why is it important to track doses?
Arrow icon
Tracking your doses helps you stay consistent, avoid accidental missed or duplicate doses, and keep an accurate record of what you have taken and when. It also makes it easier to review your routine, identify patterns, and share reliable information with a qualified healthcare professional if needed.

Protocol is designed to support organisation and record-keeping only. It does not provide medical advice or recommend changes to your dose or treatment.
How does it work?
Arrow icon
Download the Protocol app, follow onboarding and make an account. You can then track your doses, manage vial inventory, see peptide research and more.
How can I track my doses?
Arrow icon
You can track a dose by tapping the + button in Protocol and selecting Log Dose or by logging a dose on the home screen. Choose the peptide, enter the amount and time, then save it to add the dose to your history.

You can review previous doses, upcoming reminders and your current streak from the Home screen and calendar.
What's a reconstitution calculator?
Arrow icon
A reconstitution calculator helps you work out how the concentration of a peptide changes when a specific amount of liquid is added to a vial. By entering the vial amount, diluent volume and syringe size, it can show the corresponding liquid measurement for a chosen quantity.

The calculator is an organisational tool only and does not recommend a dose. Always verify the information with the product instructions and a qualified healthcare professional.
How do I manage my vial inventory?
Arrow icon
Add each vial to your inventory with its peptide, vial amount and reconstitution details. When you log a dose, Protocol can update the estimated amount remaining so you can see which vials are in use and when you may need a replacement.

You can edit, replace or remove a vial at any time if the amount or details change.
